ShockJuice is a compact 15mL caffeine and kanna energy shot made for adults with fast-moving routines. Each bottle contains two servings.
02How many servings are in one bottle?+
Each 15mL bottle contains two servings. Read and follow the serving directions and warnings on the product label before use.
03Who is ShockJuice intended for?+
ShockJuice is intended only for adults age 21 and older. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
04When will my order ship?+
Orders placed by 1 PM Pacific, Monday through Friday, usually ship the same business day, but processing may take up to two business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
05When will tracking update?+
Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after a number is issued. The confirmation is sent to the email address associated with the order.
06Can I change my shipping address?+
Contact us immediately if an address is incorrect. Once a label has been created or the order has shipped, we may be unable to make changes.
07What is the return window?+
Eligible unopened and unused items may be returned within 15 calendar days of delivery. Contact customer care for authorization before mailing a return.
