We want you to feel confident ordering from ShockJuice. Contact customer service before sending anything back so we can confirm eligibility and provide the correct return instructions.
Return window
Eligible items may be returned within 15 calendar days of delivery. Products must be unopened, unused, and returned in their original condition. Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with its original tags and packaging. Opened, used, worn, or washed items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Non-returnable items
Sale items, combo or bundle offers, promotional items, gift cards, and items supplied free with an order are final sale unless required otherwise by law. For health and safety reasons, opened consumable products cannot be returned.
Return costs and fees
The purchaser is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping, free-shipping costs paid by us, and optional insurance charges may be deducted from the refund. A 10% return fee applies after eligible shipping and service costs are deducted.
Refund timing
Returns are normally reviewed within five business days after arriving at our facility. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or, when agreed, as store credit. Please allow up to three business days for us to process an approved refund and an additional three business days for your financial institution to post it.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect orders
If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the package and products. Optional shipping protection may provide additional coverage for loss, theft, or damage while a shipment is with the carrier.
Return authorization
Do not mail a return until customer service has approved it. Once authorized, the team will provide the current return address and any instructions needed to help the package reach the correct department.
